We’ve released our Annual Impact Report for 2024, summarizing our progress, challenges, and lessons learned over the past year.
The report covers key activities across career support, community outreach, and strategic priorities. Some notable highlights include:
- 110+ career coaching sessions with individuals exploring impactful work
- 8 confirmed career transitions into EA-aligned roles
- A significant increase in gender diversity within the Swedish EA community
- Over 100 Swedes attended international EA conferences such as EAG and EAGx
- 4.5% of the Swedish population can now provide a reasonably accurate description of Effective Altruism
- Continued efforts to support AI governance work and expand national-level outreach
- Strong participation and feedback on community events, with 89% feeling included and welcome
The report also offers transparent insights into our strategy, funding, and planned priorities for 2025 — including expanding our communication work, supporting AI policy engagement, and improving infrastructure for local community builders.
