On 22 November 2025, Effective Altruism Sweden held its Annual General Meeting. We’re grateful to all members who participated and contributed to thoughtful discussion and decision-making.
During the meeting, members:
- approved the annual report and financial statements for 2024–2025,
- granted discharge of liability to the outgoing board,
- adopted the activity plan and budget for 2025–2026,
- elected a new board, auditor, and nomination committee,
- and voted on a series of proposed updates to the bylaws, several of which will require a second vote at a future meeting to enter into force.
Overall, the meeting confirmed a clear mandate for the coming year and a strong foundation for EA Sweden’s continued work.
